Naveender is a tenacious litigator licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Calcutta High Court and the Punjab & Haryana High Court. With more than 25 years of practice, she focuses on complex commercial, civil, criminal litigation and income tax matters. Her experience spans writ petitions, drafting pleadings and motions, arguing summary judgment, and trial preparation, and she has also represented clients in bail applications.
Her courtroom success before judges and arbitration panels has been consistent, and is recognised by her peers — including empanelment as Standing Counsel for the Department of Income Tax, the Central Government, Punjab Engineering College University of Technology, Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd., the Haryana Urban Development Authority, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd., the Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board, the Haryana Financial Corporation, HAFED, HSIDC, Panjab University Chandigarh, and the Multi Commodity Exchange, Mumbai.
Her arbitration experience is wide-ranging, having appeared in matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal, the Board and Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, the National Consumer Forum at New Delhi, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, the Central Administrative Tribunal, and the Income Tax Tribunal at Chandigarh, along with arbitration matters at various other forums.
Naveender specialises in litigation and strategy across civil, administrative, constitutional, tax, corporate, criminal and land matters, and has won cases for clients in 99% of matters handled — including for Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd. (Ambala), Multi Commodity Exchange Ltd. (Mumbai), and corporates from Gurgaon, Ludhiana and Amritsar.

Pro Bono Practice & Academia
Naveender maintains a substantial pro bono practice, including recent representation in bail applications before the High Court in criminal matters for indigent clients, as well as public interest litigation undertaken for various societal causes.
She has also served as an Assistant Professor (Part-Time) at the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh, and as a Guest Professor at the Army Institute of Law, Mohali, teaching Law of Taxation, Labour Law, Drafting & Pleadings, Interpretation of Statutes, and Forensic Science.
