Senior-led, on every matter
How we structure the firm's work, across every practice area.
Partner-supervised, not delegated
Every matter is directly overseen by a partner — junior advocates support under that supervision, but no file runs without partner involvement at the critical stages.
Specialists by practice area
Litigation, arbitration, family disputes, and PMLA/white-collar matters are each led by the partner whose focus matches the matter — not routed to whoever is available.
One firm across jurisdictions
The same standard of representation whether a matter is in Chandigarh, elsewhere in Punjab or Haryana, Delhi, or instructed from overseas.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which courts and jurisdictions do you practice in?
We practice before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, the Delhi High Court, and the District & Sessions Courts across Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, along with the NRI/international matters we handle for clients based in Dubai, the U.K. and Australia.
Do I need to be physically present in India for my case?
Not always. For NRI and overseas clients, we handle matters remotely through power of attorney and video consultations, appearing on your behalf and briefing you afterward. We'll tell you plainly if your presence is genuinely required.
How do I get started?
Call, WhatsApp, or email us a short summary of your matter. A partner will review it and respond with an initial view on strategy, timeline and next steps.
What does an initial consultation cost?
Get in touch and we'll confirm this with you directly based on the nature of your matter before any engagement begins.
