Sahir Singh Virk practises civil, criminal, corporate and commercial litigation before the Punjab & Haryana High Court and the District & Sessions Courts, Chandigarh. His docket spans writ petitions under the MSME & Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; writs relating to service, transfer, workmen's compensation and compassionate appointment; civil suits for specific performance, injunction and damages; matrimonial, family and property disputes; and criminal matters including direction petitions under Section 482 CrPC, FIR registration and bail cancellation.
