She has won cases for her clients in 99% of the cases ranging for clients like Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd. Ambala, Multi Commodity Exchange Ltd. Sahir received his Masters Degree in Business Laws from National Law School, Kolkata and BA.LLB Degree from UILS, Punjab University. Siddharh Gulati has an incredible experience of more than 14+ years of litigation and looks after the litigation matters which include drafting of recovery suits, criminal complaints, matrimonial disputes, probate cases, property disputes, Negotiable Instrument cases, and also coordinating with client and senior advocates and attending the court proceedings before Punjab and Haryana High Court and District Court Chandigarh alongwith State Commission and other forums. He s involved in Trial, brief preparation, drafting plaint and written statement along with in-depth research of various relevant case laws and precedents and making tenacious oral submissions.
