Naveender is a tenacious litigator who is licensed to practice in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Calcutta High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court. Naveender has more than 25 years of practice and focuses on complex commercial, civil, criminal litigation and income tax matters. Her experience includes writ petition, drafting pleadings and motions, arguing summary judgment and trial preparation. She has also represented clients in bail applications. Ms. Singh’s Courtroom success before Judges and Arbitration panels has been consistent and is recognized by her peers, including appointments as Senior Standing counsel for Income Tax at the High Court, Standing Counsel for PEC University of Technology, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. Central State Seed Farms Ltd. Passport Office, UHBVN/DHBVN, Central Excise, HSIDC.

Her arbitration experience is quite wide and has appeared in cases before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal, Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, National Consumer Forum at New Delhi and Punjab and Haryana High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, and Income Tax Tribunal at Chandigarh and Arbitration Matters at various places.
Naveender specializes in all kinds of Litigation and Strategy in Civil, administrative, Constitutional, Tax, Corporate, Criminal or Land cases. She has won cases for her clients in 99% of the cases ranging for clients like Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd. Ambala, Multi Commodity Exchange Ltd. Mumbai, and Corporates from Gurgaon, Ludhiana and Amritsar.
