Naveender is a tenacious litigator who is licensed to practice in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Calcutta High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court. Naveender has more than 25 years of practice and focuses on complex commercial, civil, criminal litigation and income tax matters. Her experience includes writ petition, drafting pleadings and motions, arguing summary judgment and trial preparation. She has also represented clients in bail applications.
